  Hello Glowinthedark! Such a good question!
  However, when we talk about hydrogen technologies, the aim is not to make enough for a whole city like Liverpool. The idea is that everyone of us would have a small generator at home, so we will all make our own energy in small queantities enoguh for us for a day or two.
