      Hi Sakinatayyebi1,

Yes I’ve had the opportunity to go to a few places as a result of my job. Last year I went to wales, scotland, canada and america (and was asked if I wanted to go to south africa, but didnt have time). This year I have been to Cambridge and Birmingham so far, and also have the opportunity to go to China and Finland…..next year I might see if I can go Austailia as thats somewhere I’d really like to visit 🙂

      Hi Sakinatayyebi1,

Absolutely, I was lucky enough to get to work at a University in the US last year which was such a great experience. I’ve also presented my research at the House of Commons down in London which was a pretty cool!

Scientists get to travel quite a lot. Last year I went to Switzerland, Ireland and travelled to quite a few places around the UK. I was meant to be going to Finland earlier on this year to look at some real sea ice… but my trip had to be cancelled because all of the ice had melted!

      Hi!

Yes! Going different places is a big part of being a scientist. I’ve only been researching around nine months and have been to London, Birmingham and the south of Spain! We tend to travel a lot either to meet other scientists, use special equipment or present our work at conferences.
