      Awesome questions! The most likely super power has to be invisibility. It will be more of a Bruce Wayne/Batman kind of thing though, where you can buy a cloak or gadget. Super powers through spider bites or mutations are not as likely.

      There’s already been a lot of research into invisibility cloaks. We are only visible because light hits us and bounces off into other peoples eyes. If you stop that happening then yay, invisibility! Most of the technology at the moment causes light to bend around the gadget. This means light is no longer reflected off it and so the gadget appears invisible. The problem is these gadgets only work for very tiny objects.

      As technology gets better and better then these invisibility cloaks and gadgets will get bigger. One day they will probably be big enough to cover a person. Unlike other super powers like super-strength, x-ray vision and flying (although you can buy a jet pack) invisibility research is the only one that has actually gotten anywhere. This is why I think it will be the first to become a reality.
